Despair
I've just spent the last three hours working on putting photos and journal entries from my trip together to post and I'm not even halfway done. I am now beginning to feel that such effort is entirely futile. Does anyone care? Does anyone even read my blog anymore? And who cares about a tiny, little, poor-as-dirt, southeast Asian country anyway? According to a Newsweek Asia article I just saw about how unlikely it is that Khmer Rouge war criminals will ever be punished, nobody.
I'm feeling a little bitter today. Going to sleep now. Perhaps tomorrow will bring hope, sunshine, and photos.
